MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
The GCUFF (Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival) is an integral part of the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cultural and educational opportunities through film. These terms and conditions are specifically tailored for the memberships and GCUFF Film Festival.

1. Membership Categories:

Bronze Membership: Entry-level membership provides basic benefits.

Student Membership: Exclusively for current college or university students. Proof of enrollment, such as a valid student ID or enrollment verification letter, is required.​

Silver Membership: Offers additional benefits beyond the Bronze tier.

Gold Membership: Premium membership tier with enhanced benefits.

Platinum Membership: The highest tier of membership, offering the most extensive range of benefits.
2. Age Requirement:

All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application. The organization reserves the right to request proof of age for verification purposes.
3. Membership Duration and Renewal:

Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of enrollment.

Memberships are subject to automatic renewal on the anniversary date of initiation.

Members wishing to cancel their renewal must do so through their Eventive.org account, by phone, or by submitting written notice to the organization.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 15 days before the renewal date to avoid charges for the subsequent year.

4. Student Membership Eligibility:

Specifically designed for full-time or part-time college students.

Not available to individuals enrolled in high school or lower educational levels.

Annual updating of proof of enrollment is required to maintain eligibility for the discounted rate.
5. Membership Benefits:

Various discounts on passes and events, subject to terms and conditions.

Benefits, including unused discounts, do not carry over to subsequent membership years.
6. Event Eligibility for Ticket Redemption:

Not all events hosted by the organization are eligible for member discounts.

Availability of discounts may vary based on membership tier.

The organization retains the right to exclude certain events from discount programs, such as fundraisers, special galas, or events involving external partners.
7. Member Responsibilities:

Members are responsible for informing the organization of any changes in personal details, including payment information, contact address, or email, in a timely manner.

Members are expected to maintain their membership account and regularly check for updates or changes in terms and conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution:

9. Miscellaneous:

The organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be emailed to members or posted on the organization's website.

Members must comply with the organization's code of conduct and interactions with staff and other members at all events.
10. Pass and Ticket Policies:

If a lost or stolen pass is lost, a re-issue may be requested for a $50 fee. Proof of identification must be presented.

The purchase of a pass or ticket does not guarantee admission. Admission is contingent upon the venue's seating capacity and the festival's door policy.

Passholders are advised to arrive in advance of their scheduled showtime to ensure admission.
