Memberships are annual and valid for one festival cycle. The renewal schedule is as follows: Memberships acquired between February 1 and May 31 will be valid for one full year from the purchase date and will renew on the same date the following year. Memberships acquired after May 31 will remain active until May 31, 2026, at which point they will be subject to renewal. All memberships follow this renewal structure and expiration timeline. Memberships do not extend beyond a single festival cycle, and renewal is required for continued benefits.

No, memberships and member passes are non-transferable and intended for use by the named individual only on the account.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Member Services or through your Eventive account. However, cancellations take effect at the end of your current membership term, and unused time is not eligible for a refund.
