Absolutely! We're thrilled you're joining us at GCUFF. Buying passes is a breeze—just follow these simple steps to secure your spot at the festival:
Log In or Register:
Go to GCUFF Festival website.
Select your Pass
Log into your GCUFF Eventive account, or create one during checkout if you don’t already have an account.
Checkout Process:
A checkout pop-up will appear with your order details.
Enter your credit card information or select a saved payment method if available.
Click “Buy” to complete the transaction.
Order Confirmation:
After completing your order, you'll see a "Thank You For Your Order" message.
Your passes will be labeled as "Unnamed Pass." You can:
Select "Edit Details" to immediately add names to the passes.
Choose "Save for Later" to add names later.
Adding Names to Passes:
If editing details immediately, click “Edit Details.”
Enter the name for each pass and click "Submit."
You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of completing your purchase.

1. Browse and Choose Your Experience
Cruise over to the Schedule Page or Film Guide on our website. See something you love? Click the Order Tickets button next to the screening or event that’s calling your name.
2. Login or Create an Account with Eventive
No GCUFF Eventive account? No problem! If you’re new to GCUFF Eventive, set up one in no time with just your email or Facebook. Already a GCUFF fan? Just log in GCUFF Eventive account and you’re good to go.
3. Make It Official
Select how many tickets you want (bring your crew!).
Enter your payment info. (Pro tip: Returning fans can use their saved card details for a lightning-fast checkout.)
4. Celebrate Your Purchase
🎉 Woo-hoo! Once your purchase is confirmed:
You’ll get an Order Confirmation right on your screen.
We’ll also send you a Ticket Order Confirmation Email with all the juicy details—your tickets, venue info, and any extras you need to know.
5. Keep Your Tickets Handy
You will receive an emailed order confirmation within minutes of purchase. Don't delete the email -- it will include a PDF of your tickets, venue details, and additional info.
Passes: A pass provides access to multiple screenings and events throughout the festival. It offers more flexibility and can be a cost-effective option for attendees who plan to participate in several festival activities. Passes often come with additional perks such as priority entry and access to exclusive events.
Tickets: A ticket grants access to a specific screening or event. It is ideal for attendees who want to attend select films or events without committing to a full festival pass. Tickets are purchased individually for each desired event or screening.
Currently, our online system does not support the purchase of different items within the same order. However, you can purchase multiple quantities of item in one order. For instance, you can buy 3 VIP Producer Passes in one order. If you want to purchase 3 VIP Producer Passes, Virtual Lovers Pass along with tickets to screenings A and B, you will need to complete a separate transaction.

Login to your Eventive account here: GCUFF Eventive
View your passes by clicking the pass icon in the upper right corner.
If you see Details Needed in red next to your pass, click Edit Details to fill in information still needed for your pass, like your name, phone number or mailing address.
Once you have updated your pass information, you are ready to head to the virtual festival. Click Watch Now to access the virtual films or visit https://gcuff13.eventive.org/passes/buy
Yes, GCUFF Eventive passes are transferable. Here’s how you can transfer them:
Log in to your GCUFF Eventive account.
Go to "My Passes" and locate the pass you want to transfer. Click the gear icon next to the pass and select "Transfer Pass."
You will need the email address of the person you are transferring the pass to. Enter their email address and submit the form.
The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept the transfer and add the pass to their account.
Until the recipient accepts the transfer, the pass will remain in your account.
Once the recipient accepts, the pass will be permanently transferred to their account unless they transfer it back to you.

GCUFF patrons can purchase GCUFF Passes and tickets for another person, but the passes must then be transferred from the purchaser's GCUFF Eventive account to the recipient's GCUFF Eventive Account. To accept a transferred GCUFF pass and tickets:
The recipient will be emailed (at the email provided by the purchaser) a "Confirm transfer from [purchaser's email]" email notifying them to accept the transfer.
Select "Accept transfer" and you will be redirected to the GCUFF Eventive page. You'll then be prompted to enter the email address where the transfer was sent.
You can either sign up for a GCUFF Eventive account using that email address or log in to your existing account to complete the transfer.
Once logged in, you will again be prompted to "ACCEPT TRANSFER."
After accepting the transfer, you will see the GCUFF passes and tickets in your GCUFF Eventive Account. You may also see a "details needed" message. Click on that to add your contact information.
If you don't see a "details needed" message, click on "edit details" next to your pass to confirm or update your contact information.
If you’ve misplaced your pass, simply visit our friendly staff at GCUFF14 Guest Services during their hours of operation (hours to be announced soon). They’ll help you deactivate your old pass and issue a replacement for a fee of $50.
